Leadership

Mike Ingram is President & CEO of Maverick Investment Company. He also serves as the President & CEO of Shadin Avionics. Read MoreMr. Ingram previously served as Vice President and General Manager of the Avionics Business Unit at Honeywell Aerospace, a division of Honeywell International, where he oversaw strategy, product management, and sales for the $2 billion Business and General Aviation, Air Transport and Military division.  Also, during his career, he has served as Vice President of Strategy and Growth at AVIAGE SYSTEMS (GE Aviation/AVIC Joint Venture) based in Shanghai, China, and had progressively more senior roles at Avidyne Corp. in engineering and product management positions.

Bob LaBelle leads the strategic oversight of Gardner Standard’s investment in Maverick and serves as its investment partner for its aerospace & defense activities.
